mr power took us all for a walk on the beach
This was at the source of the Riwaka. As you can see Mr. Power was just about to soak us all by shaking the water from the tree!
On the first night we went for a mud run...it was muddy!

ReplyDeleteI had a great time on camp. The food was awesome. My favourite food was bacon-ham with porridge for breakfast!
The walk to Anchorage was fun and energy draining. I loved the Scroggin. Eli traded me his whole bag of Scroggin for a Dream chocolate bar. At the end of the walk we all played on the beach making sand-castles. Then two water-taxis came and took us back to camp.
On the last night of camp it was the camp concert. I was in two of the performances. First of all I was in the food-eating competition [ eating raw Baked Beans with a tooth-pick!] and then I sang a song called 'Put Me Back Together' by Weezer. I felt really nervous because I was singing all by myself. When everyone began to clap along to the beat it felt a bit weird. I think next time I will not be so worried about singing on my own.
p.s. Callum won the eating contest!
